Day 1

So I lasted through the prequel, and fasted for 18 hours, cleansed my system and so far, I have been eating fairly healthy. I need to cut out my coffees though..

Mmmmm sushi. Ugh for not smoking.

Yay for early morning GYM sessions. Can't wait until tomorrow, well see if I can do the early one, or end up working out after work.
